Spinach & Cheese Rigatoni


Ingredients

4 cups Cooked Rigatoni Pasta 1L
2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour 30mL
2 cups Skim Milk 550mL
1 tsp chili powder 5mL
tsp black pepper 2mL
1 tsp garlic powder 5mL
1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed & drained 300g
cup grated light cheddar cheese 125mL
cup light Parmesan cheese 50mL

Method:

Add all ingredients except rigatoni in a saucepan Cook at medium heat until cheddar cheese is melted.
Pour over pasta and toss to combine
Makes 4 servings
