Jo's Apricot Granola Bars


Ingredients

1 1/3 cups (325ml) rolled oats
1/2 cup (125ml) each: toasted wheat germ, all-bran type cereal, sunflower seeds, chopped dried apricots
1/4 cup (50ml) Fleischmann's Egg Beaters*
1/2 cup (125ml) brown sugar, lightly packed
1/4 cup (50ml) Fleischmann's Margarine*
3 tbsp (45ml) liquid honey
1 tsp (5ml) vanilla

Method:

Combine oats, wheat germ, cereal, seeds and apricots in large bowl. Melt margarine in small bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Stir into dry mixture. Mix well. Press firmly into a non-stick 9" square pan. Bake at 350F (180C) for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into bars. Makes 16 Bars.
