Chick Pea Pita Pockets/Salad

Ingredients:  
1/15oz can light chick peas
1 cup/250mL shredded spinach
1 cup/250mL grapes; halved
1/3 cup/75mL chopped red sweet pepper
1/3 cup/75mL celery, thinly sliced
1/4 cup/50mL onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup/125mL shredded swiss cheese or light mozzarella
1/4 cup/50mL poppy seed dressing, calorie reduced
4 pita pockets, cut in half

Step 1: Mix ingredients together and put in pita pockets or serve as a side dish salad.
