Chick Pea Pita Pockets/Salad

| Ingredients: | |
| 1/15oz can | light chick peas |
| 1 cup/250mL | shredded spinach |
| 1 cup/250mL | grapes; halved |
| 1/3 cup/75mL | chopped red sweet pepper |
| 1/3 cup/75mL | celery, thinly sliced |
| 1/4 cup/50mL | onion, finely chopped |
| 1/2 cup/125mL | shredded swiss cheese or light mozzarella |
| 1/4 cup/50mL | poppy seed dressing, calorie reduced |
| 4 | pita pockets, cut in half |
Step 1: Mix ingredients together and put in pita pockets or serve as a side dish salad.
