Jo's Muffuletta
large round loaf of bread
Kraft Peppercorn Ranch Calorie-Wise Dressing
low fat cheese
lettuce
cucumber
turkey
tomatoes, sliced
Cut bread horizontally and hollow out the top and
bottom leaving a 1/2 crust. Cover the bottom
with lettuce, add 1 tbsp dressing and top with cheese.
Layer with cucumber, turkey and sliced
tomatoes. Pour 1 tbsp dressing and top with turkey,
cucumber ending with lettuce. Pour 1 tbsp
dressing and add the top. Wrap the sandwich tightly
and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to
24 hours before slicing into 4 or 6 wedges.
**You can also use your favourite vegetables, meats
and dressing to make this muffuletta.
