Hal's Lemon & Herb Chicken

1 tbsp (15ml) Mrs Dash Salt-Free Lemon & Herb Seasoning
2 tbsp (25ml) white vinegar
2 tbsp (25ml) water
2 skinless/boneless chicken breasts
1 green onion, diced

Combine diced green onion, vinegar, water and Mrs Dash Salt-Free Seasoning in a small baking
dish. Flatten chicken breasts, Place in baking dish then Turn each piece over once. Cover with
aluminum foil and Bake at 350øF. Remove foil once to Baste with juices and Bake until the chicken
is thoroughly cooked.
Serve with pasta, potatoes or vegetables.
