Hal's Spinach
& Cheese Rigatoni
2 tbsp (25mL) all purpose
flour
2 1/2 cups (550mL) 1% milk
1 tsp (5mL) chili powder
1/2 tsp (2mL) black pepper
1 tbsp (15mL) garlic powder
1 pkg (10oz/284mL) frozen spinach, thawed & drained
1/2 cup (125mL) light cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup (50mL) light parmesan cheese
4 cups (1L) cooked rigatoni pasta
Add all ingredients
except rigatoni in a sauce pan then cook at medium
heat until cheddar
cheese is melted. Pour over pasta and toss to combine.
Makes 4 servings.
