Jo's No Fry French Fries

4 potatoes, large
2 tbsp (25mL) apple cidar vinegar
1/2 tsp (2mL) chili powder
1/2 tsp (2mL) black pepper
1/2 tsp (2mL) basil
1/2 tsp (2mL) garlic powder
1 tbsp (15mL) parsley
1 tbsp (15mL) light parmesan cheese
Lightly cover a baking sheet with low fat cooking spray.

Cut each potato into 8 wedges and place in sealable plastic bag. Add remaining ingredients
into bag and shake. Place on pan and bake at 350F (180C) for 20 minutes then turn potatoes over.
Bake until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
