Jo's Veggie Dip

2 cups (500mL) light sour cream
1/2 cup (125mL) processed light cheese
3 tbsp (45ml) Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning
1/2 cup (125mL) carrots, shredded
1/2 cup (125mL) green peppers, chopped
1/2 cup (125mL) radishes, chopped
1/4 cup (50mL) green onins, choppped
2 tbsp (25mL) lemon juice
1 tbsp (15mL) Horseradish
3/4 tsp (4mL) dry mustard

Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
