Cereals are a great way to start anyone's morning. Cereal
doesn't take much time to prepare and there is an abundance
to choose from so you won't get bored! Many of them are
enriched with B-vitamins and iron and some of them provide
a substantial amount of fibre to help you meet the suggested
fibre intake of 20-30 grams a day. And you don't have to
save cereals for breakfast alone. They are great for a nighttime
snack or whenever the munchies hit. I like mixing cereal,
dried fruit, and pretzels together for a homemade trail
mix.
