Bean Salad

Jo's 4 Bean Salad

Ingredients
PRIMO Mixed Beans 3 cans    3 cans
Green Onions, chopped 4    4
DEL MONTE Fresh Cut Summer Crisp Whole Kernel Corn, drained 1 can    1 can
red wine vinegar 1/3 cup    75 ml
PRIMO 100% Pure Olive Oil 2 tbsp    30 ml
grainy or Dijon mustard 1 tsp    5 ml
minced garlic 1/2 tsp    2 ml
black pepper 1/4 tsp    1 ml

Directions
Step 1 In bowl, combine beans, onions, red pepper and corn. In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, mustard, garlic and black pepper; pour over salad and toss to combine.Makes 6 servings.
