Jo's 4 Bean Salad

Ingredients
PRIMO Mixed Beans3 cans
Green Onions, chopped4
DEL MONTE Fresh Cut Summer Crisp Whole Kernel Corn, drained1 can
red wine vinegar1/3 cup
PRIMO 100% Pure Olive Oil2 tbsp
grainy or Dijon mustard1 tsp
minced garlic1/2 tsp
black pepper 1/4 tsp
Directions
Step 1In bowl, combine beans, onions, red pepper and corn. In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, mustard, garlic and black pepper; pour over salad and toss to combine.Makes 6 servings.
