Bean Salad
Jo's 4 Bean Salad

| PRIMO Mixed Beans | 3 cans | 3 cans |
| Green Onions, chopped | 4 | 4 |
| DEL MONTE Fresh Cut Summer Crisp Whole Kernel Corn, drained | 1 can | 1 can |
| red wine vinegar | 1/3 cup | 75 ml |
| PRIMO 100% Pure Olive Oil | 2 tbsp | 30 ml |
| grainy or Dijon mustard | 1 tsp | 5 ml |
| minced garlic | 1/2 tsp | 2 ml |
| black pepper | 1/4 tsp | 1 ml |
| Directions | |

| Step 1 | In bowl, combine beans, onions, red pepper and corn. In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, mustard, garlic and black pepper; pour over salad and toss to combine.Makes 6 servings. |
