| celery, thinly sliced | 1/3 cup | 75 mL |
| onion, finely chopped | 1/4 cup | 50 mL |
| shredded swiss cheese or light mozzarella | 1/2 cup | 125 ml |
| poppy seed dressing, calorie reduced | 1/4 cup | 50 mL |
| pita pockets, cut in half | 4 | 4 |
