Egg Burritos

| Liquid Eggs | 1 cup |
| Chopped Red Peppers | 1/4 cup |
| Chopped Yellow Peppers | 1/4 cup |
| Chopped Green Peppers | 1/4 cup |
| Diced Onions | 1/4 cup |
| Cooked Chicken Pieces | 1/4 cup |
| Shredded Cheddar Cheese | 1/4 cup |
| Large Whole Wheat Tortillas | 2 |
| pepper | a dash |
| Directions | |

| Step 1 | In a bowl, mix together liquid eggs, chopped peppers and diced onions.. |
| Step 2 | Using a non-stick pan, cook the egg mixture until it begins to set then add cheddar cheese, chicken and flavour with a dash of pepper. |
| Step 3 | Continue stirring until the mixture is completely set then divide the eggs between the 2 tortillas. These burritos provide an excellent source of high-quality protein and protein will help keep your energy high. |
