Granola Bar Recipe

| rolled oats | 1 1/2 cups | 375 ml |
| toasted wheat germ | 1/2 cup | 125 ml |
| all-bran type cereal | 1/2 cup | 125 ml |
| sunflower seeds | 1/2 cup | 125 ml |
| chopped dried apricots | 1/2 cup | 125 ml |
| Fleischmann's Egg Beaters* | 1/4 cup | 50 ml |
| brown sugar, lightly packed | 1/2 cup | 125 ml |
| Fleischmann's Margarine* | 1/4 cup | 50 ml |
| liquid honey | 3 tbsp | 45 ml |
| vanilla | 1 tsp | 5 ml |
| Directions | |
|---|---|
| Step 1 | Combine oats, wheat germ, cereal, seeds and apricots in large bowl. Melt margarine in small bowl. |
| Step 2 | Stir in remaining ingredients. Stir into dry mixture. Mix well. |
| Step 3 | Press firmly into a non-stick 9" square pan. Bake at 350F (180C) for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into bars. Makes 16 Bars. |
