Granola Bar Recipe

Ingredients
rolled oats1 1/2 cups
toasted wheat germ1/2 cup
all-bran type cereal1/2 cup
sunflower seeds1/2 cup
chopped dried apricots1/2 cup
Fleischmann's Egg Beaters*1/4 cup
brown sugar, lightly packed1/2 cup
Fleischmann's Margarine*1/4 cup
liquid honey3 tbsp
vanilla1 tsp
Directions
Step 1Combine oats, wheat germ, cereal, seeds and apricots in large bowl. Melt margarine in small bowl.
Step 2Stir in remaining ingredients. Stir into dry mixture. Mix well.
Step 3Press firmly into a non-stick 9" square pan. Bake at 350F (180C) for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into bars. Makes 16 Bars.
