Caribbean Chicken

Hal and Jo's Caribbean Chicken Dinner
Ingredients
skinless/boneless chicken breasts 4    4
Low Calorie Peppercorn Ranch Dressing 1/2 cup    125 ml
black and red pepper 1 tsp    5 ml
hot pepper sauce 1 tsp    5 ml
garlic powder 1/4 tsp    1 ml
curry powder 1/4 tsp    1 ml
green onions, chopped 2    2

Directions
Step 1 Mix all ingredients (excluding chicken) in baking dish. Take 2 tbsp of mixture, set aside to use later.
Step 2 Marinate chicken in the remaining mixture and refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Step 3 Broil chicken on each side until done and baste with remaining marinade. Then serve over rice and peas.
