Hal and Jo's Caribbean Chicken Dinner

| skinless/boneless chicken breasts |

| Low Calorie Peppercorn Ranch Dressing |

| black and red pepper |

| hot pepper sauce |

| garlic powder |

| curry powder |
1/4 tsp |

| green onions, chopped |

| Directions |
| Step 1 |
Mix all ingredients (excluding chicken) in baking dish. Take 2 tbsp of mixture, set aside to use later. |
| Step 2 |
Marinate chicken in the remaining mixture and refrigerator for about 30 minutes. |
| Step 3 |
Broil chicken on each side until done and baste with remaining marinade. Then serve over rice and peas. |
