Chick Pea Pita

Ingredients
light chick peas, canned 1 - 15oz can    1 - 15oz can
shredded spinach 1 cup    250 ml
grapes; halved 1 cup    250 ml
chopped red sweet pepper 1/3 cup    75 ml
celery, thinly sliced 1/3 cup    75 mL
onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup    50 mL
shredded swiss cheese or light mozzarella 1/2 cup    125 ml
poppy seed dressing, calorie reduced 1/4 cup    50 mL
pita pockets, cut in half 4    4

Directions
Step 1 Mix ingredients together and put in pita pockets or serve as a side dish salad.
