Citrus Salsa Recipe

Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients
Roma tomatoes, red, ripe 4    4
oranges, large, peeled, diced 2    2
Vidalia onion, large, chopped 1    1
jalapeno chile, large, seeded and minced 2    2
lime juice, fresh 2 tbsp    30 ml
orange juice, fresh 1/4 cup    50 ml
SPLENDA Packets 2    2
cilantro, fresh, chopped 1 tbsp    15 ml
salt 1 tsp    5 ml
vanilla 1 tsp    5 ml

Directions
Step 1 Bring small saucepan of water to a boil. Blanche tomatoes for 30 seconds, and then rinse with cold water.
Step 2 Peel and chop tomatoes. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until mixed thoroughly. Allow to stand at room temperature for one hour. Mix and serve.
Step 3 Serve Citrus Salsa with baked tortilla chips or on top of grilled chicken or fish. Refrigerate any unused salsa. Serves 5.
