| Directions |
| Step 1 |
In a bowl, mix together liquid eggs, chopped peppers and diced onions.. |
| Step 2 |
Using a non-stick pan, cook the egg mixture until it begins to set then add cheddar cheese, chicken and flavour with a dash of pepper. |
| Step 3 |
Continue stirring until the mixture is completely set then divide the eggs between the 2 tortillas. These burritos provide an excellent source of high-quality protein and protein will help keep your energy high. |
