Egg Burritos

Ingredients
Liquid Eggs 1 cup 250 ml
Chopped Red Peppers 1/4 cup 50 ml
Chopped Yellow Peppers 1/4 cup 50 ml
Chopped Green Peppers 1/4 cup 50 ml
Diced Onions 1/4 cup 50 ml
Cooked Chicken Pieces 1/4 cup 50 ml
Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/4 cup 50 ml
Large Whole Wheat Tortillas 2 2
pepper a dash

 

Directions
Step 1 In a bowl, mix together liquid eggs, chopped peppers and diced onions..
Step 2 Using a non-stick pan, cook the egg mixture until it begins to set then add cheddar cheese, chicken and flavour with a dash of pepper.
Step 3 Continue stirring until the mixture is completely set then divide the eggs between the 2 tortillas. These burritos provide an excellent source of high-quality protein and protein will help keep your energy high.
