Hal's Frittata Sandwich

| Directions |
| Step 1 |
In a small bowl, lightly whisk Egg Beaters , milk, and ground pepper until foamy. Then add onions, tomatoes, red pepper pieces. |
| Step 2 |
Pour beaten mixture into small non-stick frying pan. Cook over medium heat until almost set. |
| Step 3 |
Lift the sides to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath. Cover with a lid; turn heat off and let stand 2-3 minutes until desired firmness. |
| Step 4 |
Cut in half and place one piece on whole wheat toast. Makes 2 sandwiches. |
