| Directions |
| Step 1 |
Electric skillet on medium heat, add water, green pepper, onions, garlic, chili powder, pepper and mustard. Sautee until onions/green pepper are soft. |
| Step 2 |
Add black beans and tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. |
| Step 3 |
Add rice or serve over rice later (hot or cold). |
