Hal's Lemon and Herb Chicken

Ingredients
Mrs Dash Salt-Free Lemon and Herb Seasoning 1 tbsp    15 ml
white vinegar 2 tbsp    30 ml
water 2 tbsp    30 ml
skinless/boneless chicken breasts 2
green onion, diced 1

 

Directions

Step 1 Combine diced green onion, vinegar, water and Mrs Dash Salt-Free Seasoning in a small baking dish.
Step 2 Flatten chicken breasts, Place in baking dish then Turn each piece over once.
Step 3 Cover with aluminum foil and Bake at 350øF. Remove foil once to Baste with juices and Bake until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Step 4 Serve with pasta, potatoes or vegetables.
