Hal's Quick Shake

Ingredients
Low Fat Yogourt Plain 1 cup 250 mL
Skim Milk 1 cup 250 ml
Sliced Fresh Strawberries 1 cup 250 ml
POST 100% Bran Cereal 1/2 cup 125 mL
 
 
Directions
Step 1 In blender, combine all ingredients and pour in glass. Makes 2 servings.
