Apple Bran Muffin Cookies are a great way to increase your fiber intake during the day. Eating more fiber, whether at breakfast or in a snack, can help improve your digestive system and make you feel full longer.

| unsweetened apple juice |

| Magic Baking Powder |

| Directions |
| Step 1 |
Whisk together egg whites, brown sugar and light margarine. Stir in 100% Bran Cereal and unsweetened apple juice and let stand for 5 minutes to soften. Then add apple pieces and raisins. |

Mix remaining ingredients in another large bowl. Stir cereal mixture into dry ingredients, blend just until moistened. |
| Step 3 |
Spoon out enough for 16 cookies and bake at 350 F (180 C) for 15-20 minutes or until browned. |

Cool and store in airtight container; freeze if desired. Low in fat and a good source of fibre. |
