Combine the dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine egg whites, skim milk and corn syrup. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. |

Spray 2 round baking tins with non-stick cooking/baking spray and evenly pour mixture into tins. Bake at 350 F for 30 to 45 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. |

Completely cool. Spread cherry pie filling for the middle layer and cover with whip cream. |
