Jo's Quick Soup

Ingredients
low sodium tomato juice 1 can 1.36 L
Del Monte Chunky Pasta Style Stewed Tomatoes 1 can  540 ml
celery, chopped 1 cup  250 ml
green pepper, diced 1/2 cup 125 ml
green beans 1 can 398 ml
carrots 1 can 398 ml
corn niblets 1 can 341 ml
ground black pepper 2 tsp 10 ml
garlic powder 2 tsp 10 ml
Catelli Healthy Harvest Macaroni with added Fibre 1 cup 250 ml
parsley 1 tbsp 15 ml

Directions
Step 1 In large saucepan, bring juice, tomatoes, celery, green pepper, beans, carrots, corn, black pepper and garlic powder to a boil.
Step 2 Add macaroni; cook, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Just before serving, stir in parsley.
Step 3 Makes 8 servings.
