Jo's Muffuletta
| Ingredients |
| large round loaf of bread |

| Kraft Peppercorn Ranch Calorie-Wise Dressing |

|
| low fat cheese |
|
|
| lettuce |
|
|
| cucumber |
|
|
| turkey |
|
|
| tomatoes, sliced |

| Directions |
| Step 1 |
Cut bread horizontally and hollow out the top and bottom leaving a 1/2 crust. |
| Step 2 |
Cover the bottom with lettuce, add 1 tbsp dressing and top with cheese. Layer with cucumber, turkey and sliced tomatoes. Pour 1 tbsp dressing and top with turkey, cucumber ending with lettuce. |
| Step 3 |
Pour 1 tbsp dressing and add the top. Wrap the sandwich tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours before slicing into 4 or 6 wedges. |
