Pasta Primavera

Jo's Pasta Primavera
Ingredients
skim milk 3/4 cups    75 ml
Hellmann's/Best Foods Reduced Fat Mayonnaise 1/2 cup    125 ml
carrot, cut into thin strips 1    1
zucchini, cut into thin strips 1    1
red/green pepper, cut into thin strips 1    1
dried basil 1/4 tsp    1 ml
salt 1/4 tsp    1 ml
black pepper (you can also add other spices) 1/4 tsp    1 ml
rotini noodles, cooked 4 cups    1 L
parmesan cheese

Directions
Step 1 Whisk skim milk and reduced fat mayonnaise. Saute in non-stick skillet water, carrots, zucchini and peppers until soft.
Step 2 Combine liquid mixture to skillet and Add dried basil, salt and black pepper. Stir until heated but don't let it boil.
Step 3 Mix with cooked noodles and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Makes 2-4 servings.
