Jo's Pasta Primavera

| Hellmann's/Best Foods Reduced Fat Mayonnaise |

| carrot, cut into thin strips |

| zucchini, cut into thin strips |

| red/green pepper, cut into thin strips |

| black pepper (you can also add other spices) |

| rotini noodles, cooked |

| Directions |
| Step 1 |
Whisk skim milk and reduced fat mayonnaise. Saute in non-stick skillet water, carrots, zucchini and peppers until soft. |
| Step 2 |
Combine liquid mixture to skillet and Add dried basil, salt and black pepper. Stir until heated but don't let it boil. |
| Step 3 |
Mix with cooked noodles and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Makes 2-4 servings. |
