Peanut Butter Protein Bombers

Ingredients
All natural peanut butter 1/2 cup    125 mL
No sugar added strawberry jam 1/4 cup    50 ml
Banana, chopped 1/2 cup    125 ml
Splenda 1/4 cup    50 ml
Nonfat Milk 1/4 cup    50 mL
oats 1 1/2 cups    375 mL

Directions
Step 1 Combine Peanut Butter; Jam; Banana; Splenda and Non-fat milk in medium sized saucepan. Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add oats.
Step 2 Spoon onto wax paper and let cool 30 minutes. These cookies are also good frozen and if you are looking to get an extra kick of protein; add 1 scoop of protein powder.
