  • What if I am new to exercising?
    • Customizing a program just for you is the beauty of the Personal Workout. Our videos are designed to explain each movement and the benefit provided. Your Personal Trainer will ensure that your workout is right for you. If you have concerns - just contact them.
  • Is it hard to do?
    • All exercise requires some effort, but we have the expertise to provide exercises that will awaken and strengthen your muscles at the right pace for you.
  • How do I know it will work?
    • BodyBreak’s unique CORE24 program is designed so you will master 2 exercises a week over twelve weeks. Following your Personal Workout will strengthen your core and large muscle groups.  Proper exercise is always beneficial and having expert guidance will maximize your benefit.
  • How is my workout personalized?
    • You will complete a private assessment form which will provide our certified Personal Workout Team with the information they need to get you started. Your regular feedback and communication with your Personal Trainer will keep your workouts focused toward your goals.
  • How do I get my workout?
    • Participants will have a private login on the bodybreak.com website. An email will notify you that your updated personalized program with video is ready for you. Click here to see an example.
  • How do I provide feedback?
    • Each workout you receive has a place for you to check-off if you did the exercises as recommended or you can enter information, for example, if you did fewer or more repetitions. There is also room for comments. Click here to see an example.
  • What if I think the exercises aren’t right for me?
    • Your Personal Trainer is available to you to discuss your questions and concerns and to make adjustments where necessary. You will love their enthusiasm.
  • How much does it cost?
    • Right now you can enjoy discounts of 50% off the weekly rate for six months and save the $49.95 cost of the Private Assessment. Sign-up must be completed and registered by our office no later than midnight EST December 31, 2011.
    • Regular rates are $20. per week and include your weekly Personal Workout, feedback review and modifications to each workout up-to 3x per week.

    • Our launch date is January 28, 2012. We are currently testing the programming.
