Classic Mandarin Orange Salad
Rich in Vitamin A, C & E and an Excellent Source of Folate
Ingredients
4 cups (1L) DOLE Mixed Greens or Spinach
1 Red Onion sliced
1 plastic jar DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained
¼ cup (50mL) low fat Balsamic Vinaigrette
¼ cup (50mL) light Feta Cheese, crumbled
¼ cup (50mL) Almond slices |
Description
Combine mixed greens or spinach, mandarin oranges and onion in a large serving bowl.
Pour vinaigrette over salad. Toss to evenly coat. Top with feta cheese and sliced almonds.
